The main production compound is 181 meters long, 33 meters wide, and 14 meters high facility with 8,405 square meters of building areas. The production line has the monthly capacity of 10,000MT of laminated plastic packaging materials, ranging from bags and packing films (anti-counterfeit, transferring, or transparent) to composite layered papers. With our convenient location in southern China, our company is just short distance away from major international hubs like Hong Kong, Macao, and Guangzhou, providing additional logistic advantage for clients around the world. Our company invests much in the latest packaging engineering and technology, and integrates them into comprehensive system of production equipment-118 in all, more than 98% of which are from major manufacturers in Japan, the US, and Europe. The system includes Fuji's 12, 8, and 5-color photogravure press as well as 2 dry laminating machines, a laminating machine from Italy, and a new type environmental handbag production line from Japan. We install and operate a host of products from selected manufacturers in the US and Japan to meet our requirements in extruding lamination, high-speed auto cutting, triquetrous and fusing bag-making, testing, and quality control. With licenses to produce both food and pharmaceutical packaging materials, our company has own separate production line to meet specific requirements for clients from pharmaceutical industry. As one of CTAAC approved production sites, we pay extra attention to safety, products' sanitation, and secrecy, with 24-hour guard, closed circuit television monitoring system, and auto alarm. We strengthen facilities in sanitary production and provide routine physical check-up for employees. Waste-films are 100% granulated to prevent from wrongful usages of margins and angles.
