  • Profile: Zhenjiang Electron Tube Factory was established in 1970. It is a professional manufacturer of vacuum electronic elements and one of Hi-tech enterprise of Jiangsu province In China. It is also the Vise-director of Sichuan Comsun Electromagnetic Protection Industrial Union and the checking point of TüV (Germany Security Authentic Organization). The area of the factory is about 30,000m2 with the buildings holding 1,300m2. Far from 1975, Glass gas discharge tubes against lightning strike had been manufactured in our factory, and since 1984 we have also manufactured the ceramic Gas Discharge Tubes (GDTs). We adopted the advanced technology and production lines from Japan in 1992. Now, our main products are GDTs and semiconductor tubes for protecting communication equipments against over voltage, switching discharge tubes, GDTs series against lightning, flash tubes and varistors. Among them, the GDTs have four kinds of structure types: clip type, insert type, jointing type and paste type, and the GDTs are our leading products and passed the quality security authentications of ISO9002(International Security Organization) in 1997, TüV (Germany Security Authentic Organization)in 2001, UL( Underwriters' laboratories of American) in 2002,and ISO9001-2000(International Security Organization) in 2004. Our GDTs are designed according to the standard of GB/T9043-1999 (Technical Requirements of Gas Discharge Tube for the Over-voltage Protection of Telecommunications Installations) and accord with the Detailed Norms of Licensing Main Distribution Frames of the MPT (the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of China). Our technology level is in the leading position of the world. The development of the products is early and the quality is excellent. The specifications of the products are complete and in series. The annual output is up to 30 million pcs. Our products are well sold in China and are exported to Europe, America, Southeast Asia and Middle East, etc
