The production capacity reaches to 400 000 pieces per month.   In 2005, Jinfei has planned to invest RMB 50 million (USD 6 million) in technical reformation as follows: 2 continuous heat treatment furnaces, 10 numerical control lathes, 5 sets of CNC and cast equipment. The production capacity will reach to 600 000 pieces per month.   Currently, Jinfei is in possession of test instruments below: Spectrum analysis instruments from Swiss, X-ray flaw detector, impact tester, durability tester for radial bend, air leak tester, standard salt spray tester, etc.   Our R&D department has 40 persons and can develop according to customers? requirements. And every month our company can produce 30 pieces new mold.
