HUATAI PRODUCTS: HUATAI professionally produces"HOLLEY" brand plasticizers ,such as Dioctyl Phthalate(DOP), Dioctyl Sebacate (DOS), Dioctyl Adipate(DOA),Trioctyl Trimellitate(TOTM),Dioctyl Terephalate (DOTP),Diisononly Phthalate(DINP). These products are the main raw materials in producing soft plastic products and extensively used in processing PVC plastic products such as leatheroid ,cable materials, film ,mould plastics and sheet materials etc . Besides, we can produce according to customers? special requests, and make plasticizers for medical use. TWO PRODUCTION BASES HUATAI HAS TWO PRODUCTION BASES: One in Hangzhou, another in Ningbo. Ningbo production base is located in JiaoChuan industrial area of NingBo ZhengHai, China. For first period, a 150000mts year scale device has been put into production since Oct.2005; the full capacity of this production base is expected to be 250000mts. We have our own technical expertise group and quality testing group to make sure of quality produts Hangzhou production base mainly focuse on production of speciality plasticizers: TOTM, DOS, DOTP, and has a capacity of 50000mts. Our raw materials are mainly 2-Ethlyhexanol and Phthalic Anhydridem. We need 10,000mt/month for 2-ethylhexanol, and 7,000mt/month for Phthalic Anhydride .
