Our Production Process We use over 250 machines: Hydraulic and air-jet looms Murata two-in-one twisters and Kimaru warping, pasting and doubling equipment from Japan Dyeing and trimming equipment from Germany, Italy, South Korea, the Netherlands and Hong Kong This, along with random checks and pre-packing inspection following ISO 9001-compliant guidelines, ensures that we deliver high-quality goods every time. Output and OEM Orders Our five R&D staff are ready to develop your OEM projects within one week. And 60 QC inspectors oversee every step of production to ensure what you receive matches your sample. We import dyes from Germany and Korea to offer you environmentally friendly products. Our 88,183-square-meter factory, staffed with 800 employees, can twist 125 tons of yarn, weave 1.25 million meters and dye 1.7 million meters of fabric each month. For home textiles, we supply up to 10,000 cushions, 5,000 bed and 10,000 sofa covers each month. We welcome orders for as few as 50 pieces.
