The multifunction transparent raw material which was trial-produced by us has a characteristic of good transparency, lubricating capacity and fluid promotion. 3 - 4% of multifunction transparent raw material is mixed into polypropylene of ordinary melt flow index: 3-12 (It is not effective for polypropylene of blok copoymerization), Its advantage is as follow: 1.Raising transparency to the same level of Korea's R370Y; 2.Maintaining low melt flow index and good toughness(Owing to the higher the melt flow index is ,the more frangible the products are;the lower the melt flow index is, the better the toughness is.), 6:100 and the blade will not be broken when the striking is to be happened. 3.The melt flow index can be added up to less than 40 according to users' need, It can promote to be good in fluidity of material, fast in product moulding, high in output rate and easy in moulding stripping; the defects of having straight line & air bubbles on barrel、water leak in shrink and bad exhuast of blade in injection are eliminated and avoided . 4.Prolonging the life - span of mould effectively. 5.Reducing the material cost greatly.
