The investment of first-stage construction is about 150 million Yuan. There are 3200 workers and 86 engineers as well as the advanced CAD office in the company at present. We have the R&D ability of all kinds of bias tire with abundant technical force. The most advanced Check-Out Test Set that cost 5 million Yuan makes the test laboratory a rather top-ranking material and product-testing lab. 200 million Yuan has been invested to set up the second-stage construction. By the end of 2005, we will achieve the industrial district programming when the new factory breaks in. And the company could produce 50 thousand sets OTR tire, 600 thousand sets heavy-duty tire, 300 thousand sets agricultural tire and 6 million sets light truck tire every year after the onset of the new factory. We have gained the ISO9002 certification, which is the most comprehensive quality system standard and passed the "China Compulsory Authentication" -- 3C Authentication. We have also passed the test of the national rubber tire quality inspection center and each index attains the highest level of the tire industry. Our main brands include AX, STL and PUL. The products have been exported to USA, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Sudan, Yemen, U.A.E. and some other Middle East countries. The brocade industrial cloth project started in Aug 2004 and possesses a 15000t polymerization spun silk and gumming flat chafer fabric throughput per year. We can supply brocade-6 nylon slice, industrial yarn and gumming flat chafer fabric products as per customer ?s demand. The second-stage project will be finished by December and it can provide 7000t output. THE 30 PROJECT AND 50 PROGRAMMING: i.e. 3 billion sales revenue by 2007 and 5 billion by 2010.
