The biggest vat can be contented 4000kg and 2 vats with 2500kg, 3 vats with 1500kg, 4 vats with 1000kg, 6 vats with 800kg; 8 vats with 500kg. Total annual of productions are 12,600 tons. 2.Solid fabric factories use continuous dyeing method. The productions including cotton, spandex cotton, CVC, T/C, T/R etc. And total annual capacities are 36,000,000 yards, thereinto T/R two way span with vat dyeing. 3.Corduroy fabrics are made in Changzhou and velveteen fabrics are made in Jiangyin. 4.100% polyester solid fabrics are in Suzhou, the factories in Suzhou are good at dyeing, printing, bounding etc. 5.Jeans fabrics are also made in Changzhou, we have 4-5 factories to produce jeans fabrics. 6.Garment, knitted and woven fabrics are made in Pinghu.
