With professional teams, advanced equipment and complete production control systems, our four factories now are the leading factories in producing enameled wire, air compressors, brake system parts and castings. Our enameled wire factory mainly fabricates the enameled copper and aluminum wires in polyurethane, modified polyester, and polyimide (UEW, PEW, EIW, AIW, EI/AIW) with different grades of heat resistance, and compound layers by nylon-coated or self-conglutinated. We can supply more than 400 kinds of products with diameters from 0.03 to 3.5mm. Besides, we can also produce according the GB, IEC, JIS, and NEMA standards. The scope of heat resistance grade is from 130 to 220 degrees Fahrenheit. Our products are manufactured in accordance with ISO9001, UL, TUV and ISO14001 requirements. Our casting factory has been a professional casting producer with a whole set of advanced production equipment, professional production technologies, as well as powerful research and development capability since 1980s. The product range covers nodular cast iron, alloy cast iron, and grey cast iron. Due to high quality, our products are well received by our customers. Our compressor factory has acquired new technology from American companies and invested substantial capitals in introducing equipment and developing new products. We can supply a complete set of air treatment system products, including after coolers, heatless desiccant dryers, filters, refrigerated air dryers and air receivers. As the export department of our shareholder's factories, through our efforts, our company has become an excellent linkage between domestic and foreign markets. Now we have owned large warehouses in America and established good business relationships with wholesalers and importers in different countries.
