Established in 1992 as a joint venture company with Ikea, our company, Qingdao Sunshine Wood Industry Co., Ltd. has developed into one of the biggest plywood furniture manufacturers in mainland China and one of leading solid wood furniture and panel wood furniture manufacturers in Qingdao China. We serve them and other clients in the US, Japan and North America. 2.OEM Samples Within a Week We have 30 staff in our R&D department including seven technicians. They can create a sample for your OEM projects in three to seven days. 3. Our Raw Materials We only use wood such as birch, pine and poplar, and glue that meets the EU's E1/E0 standards for our furniture. Wood veneer, plywood and MDF board are also used. hardwood for solid furniture. 4. Manufactured with Five-axis CNC Machine Our production equipment is one reason our clients keep reordering from us. We use a five-axle CNC machine as well as a UV lacquering line from Pade (Italy), and a multifunction sanding system from Hessemann (Germany). These machines help us turn out 80,000 pieces of furniture monthly. We welcome orders for as few as 1,000 pieces. And can have your request ready for delivery in 60 days. 5. SGS and ITS Testing Reports with Your Order Our QC staff checks our gluing, cutting and lacquering processes according to ISO 9001:2000-certified guidelines to make sure we meet your requirements.
