Profile: Pinghe YoLo Tea Industry Co., Ltd. is a tea processing enterprise which integrates the plantation, processing and trade of tea into one entity. In 1993, LoYo's tea garden base was built in Daqin Mountain, the cradleland of Baiya Qilan tea. The Daqin Mountain features such luxurious natural conditions as high altitude, excessive fog, abundant rainfall, warm climate, good temperature and humidity conditions, and fertile soil. On the basis of original tea garden of 403,333 square meters built in 1993, our company extended the tea cultivating area increasing by 266,666 square meters in 2004, with the total area reaching 670,000 square meters to date. Located at the location of 1,146m altitude above sea level, Daqin tea garden is full of cloud and mist during a whole year, with the annual rainfall of about 1,752.7mm and average air temperature of about 17.5 to 21 degrees Celsius. Our tea plantation area in the Daqin Mountain now consists of four sections: Maoxie tea species of 324,666 square meters, Mei Zhan tea species of 92,000 square meters, Baiya Qilan tea species of 43,333 square meters, and Taiwan mountain tea of 35,333 square meters. Due to the high altitude and appropriate air temperature, the tea is generally collected in three seasons every year, with annual dry tea yield of 215kg/mu (1 mu = 0.0667 hectare), total annual yield of 134.38MT and finished tea of 109.53MT. Moreover, our company invested USD123,300 on the construction of integrated production line so as to strictly control the quality of products and the residue of pesticide. The direction of YoLo's management has focused on the oolong tea export sales business.
