Our products and service include mould creating, precision casting, processing as well as assembling. Our process flow for the processing plant is as follows: Master - Tooling - Inspection Mould - Wax Injection - Wax Repairing - Wax Weighting - Wax Tree - Casting - Lost Wax - Casting - Shell Vibrator - Cutting - Sandblast in Cylinder - Sandblast by High Pressure - Heat Treating - Repairing - Welding - Drilling - Adjust Angle - Copper Insert - Milling - Carving Score Line - Polish - Stick Adhesive Tape - Paste Fill - Coating - Paint Fill - Final Checking - Assembling - Packing. We have some precise equipment: insert copper machines, CNC machines, heat treatment machines, thickness measure machines, cannon testing machines, material hardness meter machines, static pressure painting rooms, and NPS profession production lines.
