We have built three assemble lines: equipped with high speed SMT machine such as Japan series - JUKI KE2000; and Panasonic MVIIC-A; American Heller 1809EXL lead-free reflow soldering machine and Taiwan Huangdi hot air reflow soldering machine, among them, there is a line exclusively for lead-free product. At present time we can assemble 0201 components and foot distance high-accuracy QFP, BGA in 0.3mm. The MP4 products we produced are appreciated by customers with the elegant appearance design and good function characteristic, and are sold well in China and abroad.
