The original factory of North China Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was one of the key construction projects during Chinese First Five-Year Plan. NCPC was set up in August 1992 with its entire production and operation assets raised from its predecessor, North China Pharmaceutical Factory. NCPC was listed in the Shanghai Stock Exchange on January 14, 1994.
