Our foundry located in Jiahe County, Chenzhou City where is rich in coal and iron ore. Our first blast furnace, which has already gone into production, rolls out more than 60 Tons gray pig iron (above 22#). At present our monthly output is 2000 Tons, this figure will become 4000 Tons after the second blast furnace go into production. We adopt advanced new process in our workshop. The high-temperature liquid iron is run off through the tapping hole and then is taken to the medium frequency electric furnace to be made pure, after that to casting. This not only save us the trouble of using coke to molten iron and the cost of coke, but also avoid an increased level of phosphorus and sulfur in the iron during the process of melting iron by coke. It's very suitable for producing demanding cast iron products. Further, the sale price is USD35.00 lower than using coke to molten iron. We have plenty of liquid iron and our daily output come to 15 to 20 Ton. It's easy for us to produce large items and large quantities.We are very willing to do business with home and abroad customers.
