Our factory covering a total of 10,000 square meters is located in the Baoan District, Shenzhen, which allows easy communication with international clients and product transport. Our R&D center in Beijing releases new designs continuously which has earned us a reputation in the industry for innovative designs. Design and Development We release 2 new designs every month, targeted towards the entry-level and mid-range market. Coupled with market research on consumers' tastes and demands, we can customize our designs to meet a specific demographic profile. Twenty engineers based in Shenzhen are charged with upgrading and innovating new product features, while our 10 artists at our Beijing design center balance function with form. Coupled with our own molding workshop, we have an annual output of more than 800 molds. Production Since our foundation, we have set up a complete production system integrating R&D, mold making, injection molding, paint spraying, silk-screen printing, electronic assembly, and packaging. We invest heavily in advanced production equipment and testing instruments, and implement strict ISO 9001:2000 certified quality management systems to ensure our high product quality. We also adopt MIL-105E standards in our QC procedures, batch testing for temperature, humidity, vibration, fall, and aging. All of which help explain why many renowned companies, domestic and overseas, trust us to supply their long-term OEM services.
