  • Profile: P  R  O  F  I  L  E   We , Junma Tyre Cord Company Limited ( previous name: Steed Chemical Fibre Co., LTD. ) established in 1991 , is the largest producer of Nylon 6 yarn and Nylon 6 tyre cord fabric in China. Our total production volumes are 120 thousand metric tons for yarn  and 100 thousand metric tons for fabric. The specifications of our products are as follows: 1. Nylon 6 yarn Spec.1260D, 1680D, 1890D 2. Nylon 6 tyre cord fabric ( greige and dipped ) Spec. 1260D/2, 1680D/2, 1890D/2 Our products are mainly used for the production of bias  tyres, convey belts, fishing net, ropes an so on.        Our main production equipments are the best in China. The spin and draw machines are from Rieter in Switzerland, twisting machines are from Saurer Allma in Germany, dipping machines are from Dornier in Germany.        Our products are supplied regularly to over 20 large Chinese tyre manufacturers, and enjoyed a good reputation in China.
