We are a new specialized API manufacturing enterprise with an annual production capacity of 20,000 metric tons of pharmaceutical grade anhydrous glucose. In addition, our company also produces high fructose corn syrup, sorbitol, xylitol and glucose syrup. There are more than 200 employees in our company, 60% of them are technicians and skilled workers. Now our company is equipped with a 7,000 square meter production workshop, a QC center and a R&D center which was designed and constructed completely in accordance with GMP regulations. All the key equipment and analytical apparatus are imported from developed countries. The anhydrous glucose we produce complies with CP2005 (2nd edition), BP2000 and USP28 standards, without any difficulties to be distributed on both home and international markets. Our company has introduced the most advanced Membrane (NF) Separation Technology in the world into our production line of anhydrous glucose, which is characterized as follows: 1) Molecular filtration is carried out which intercepts big molecular amylase while small glucose molecules pass through during filtration and this results in a high glucose purity of almost 100% 2) The traditional processing of anhydrous glucose is simplified by completely eliminating the use of diatomaceous earth and activated carbon 3) Excellent effects of syrup separation and purification, high filtration speed and purity 4) Closed-circuit production line without any pollution to the environment which also ensures high product quality The whole production line is totally controlled by an internationally advanced DCS system, which achieves comprehensive technological combination of computer, communication network, database storage and internet applications. The production line is operated strictly according to established processing targets with all the technical parameters being controlled by computers. The finished product packaging is done in a 10,000-Grade Clean Area by machines. We're sparing no efforts to market our great products worldwide.
