Our center posses casting iron factory ,casting steel factory and forging factory ,which is specialized in casting parts and forging pieces. In our casting iron factory, we have two casting workshop and two three -ton hot blast furnace, and advanced checking , analyzing , cleaning, processing, equipment and suspended abrator ,and can manufacture more than 6,000 tons of all kinds of ductile casting iron and gray iron products every year, we can provide 1000 tons cast steel parts as well. In our forging factory, the main forging devices include some 30 machines as 1000 kg .2000kg.5000kg open-die and 1000kg.2000kg.3000kg.5000kg close-die electro-hydraulic hammers and 630-ton friction screw press, 450 broking ring machine with a capacity of over 6000 tons of forge pieces for both domestic and international markets. The chief products as follows: 1. Ductile cast iron and gray cast iron Manhole Covers and Frames, rains strainers , gullies grating telephone covers, valve and casting iron pipe fitting.road stake,ball,borne valence,banc valentin,chair. 2. Forging pieces such as sprocket , steel forged flange, link, couple wheel and belt pulley. 3. Casting steel part 4. Wheel hub, wheel rim and wheel discs for heavy vehicle. 90% of our products have been exported to many countries, such as America, Spain, Japan, Israel, Korea, Germany, England, Canada,Finland.
