Hape International (Yunhe) Ltd was established on Sep.18, 2001 and jointly invested by a solely German-funded company of Happy Arts & Crafts (Ningbo) Co., Ltd, Yunhe Hongyuan Arts & Crafts Co.,Ltd and Beleduc Lernspielwaren GMBH from Germany. It is an enterprise specializing in the production of wooden toys and craftworks & gifts for export with fixed assets 20million RMB yuan, area coverage 17,000 m?, construction area 20,000m? and 480 employees. The factory building is designed by a domestic designing company with recognized experiences, which is in line with the requirements of production characteristics and streamline of wooden toys. At present, the annual export capacity of the company has reached more than 90 million yuan. The company adopts the combined management mode, that is, the foreign experts take charge of design and sale while the enterprise takes charge of production.
