I would like to introduce our company to you briefly as following: 1.        Our enterprise established in 1996. The area of our factory is 30,000 square meters and we have 30 engineers and 500 experienced workers. 2.        We have our latest Auto3D CAD, Pro-E and Solid Work software for products design and development;. 3.     We run the factory by ERP system. and our factory is certified by TUV ISO 9001, 2000. 4.        We have our CNC processing center for development and production of the sand core moulds, casting moulds and tooling. 5        All brass ingots are imported from Japan and Korea. 6.        We have Spectrometer  imported from Germany to analyze the brass composition. This is to avoid the excess of impurity and to ensure that the composition is up to the standard of our products. 7.        We are using Gravity die casting method to produce the main body and we have the Gravity die casting machines and Sand core blowing machines imported from Italy-IMR. 8..        We have the latest retroflex numerically controlled transfer machine for the machining work. 9.        We produce Zinc Alloy lever with imported Zinc alloy high pressure casting machines. 10.      We have our own plating part in order to control the high plating quality. Meanwhile we have the Electroplate Thickness Tester and Neutral Salt Spray      Tester  from Japan. This is to ensure the high quality of the electroplating. 11.    Our ceramic cartridges pass 500,000 cycles endurance test. 12.    We can produce extreme low lead faucets as we have lead leach facilities. 13.    All our products comply to European and International Standards 14.    We are different from other Chinese traditional handmade spinning die casting manufacturers.
