Buyer will issue LOI (with full banking details, & not older then 5 days) with booking confirmation (sealed and signed) accordingly booking confirmation letter format provided by us. (For booking cargo, US$10000 has to provide as a security of booking, which will be operate for holding the cargo. 2. We/Seller's Issues FCO & draft contract for buyer's review and amend and send us back the amended draft contract with filling-up the buyer’s information and mutually we will correct it and again send back to buyer for buyer’s sign and buyer will sign n seal and again send back to us for our sign. 3. Buyer's will send booking money US$10000 via clean TT to seller's personal account within 3 days of FCO signed by buyer, this account is not in LC receiving bank (this amount is refundable basis after inspection is complete and cargo found satisfactory/unsatisfactory). 4. After having the booking money we will sign the final contract and send back to buyers with invitation letter for buyer’s visitation in loading port Chittagong (all cost, visa facing, travel expenses, hostelling & transportation charges will be bear by buyer’s own cost but if buyer request us to arrange all these from seller’s own then we would arrange and the expenses will be in tune from the booking money before refunding the same). 5. After inspection and if buyer’s satisfy with the materials and within 7 working days buyers will issue non operative LC and seller’s will provide Performance Bond operative to make buyer’s LC operative. 6. From the day when the LC becomes operative, Loading will be commencing accordingly the contract clause and of-course during loading period buyer’s representative may attend to observe the loading. 7. Finally if anything lapse buyer’s and sellers/we will mutually discussed for materialized the deal to fruitful cargo sailing towards buyer’s destination port. POP, AQSIQ, SGS Certification, Origin Certificate, Export License, Trade License, Materials Owner’s Certificate, Chambers of Commerce permission letter etc., paper-jobs will be done during the inspection time of buyers visitation at seller's Office and all will be goes under mutual understanding. So, pls come with the exact requirements i.e. qty, commodity, idea price, 50wbr bank, unloading port, discharge rate to issue picture, FCO, Booking Confirmation Format, draft contract to materialize the deal. Inspection is possible after booking the cargo. If the above is acceptable to you or your buyer then pls come with Letter of Intent (LOI) with full banking details and ask for Booking Confirmation format for going ahead to materialize the deal step by step.
