  • Profile: The Cixi  Benma Plastics Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. is founded in 1990, and its predecessor is the Cixi  Benchi Plastics Mould Factory. Originally, it specializes in researching and manufacturing a variety of plastic moulds, such as electric fan mould, telephone mould and the air-conditioner mould, so we are still a mould manufacturer with strong force. In the early of 1995, we made an appropriate and timely adjustment for the industrial structure of our company. At present there are more than 200 employees, more than 30 among them is special in researching and designing. We have a strong ability of exploit mould .  Meanwhile, we purchased 10 thermoplasticity  plastic-mould machines and 8      thermoset plastic-mould machines with different models, so that we started to produce plastics used for household electric appliance. The main products includes the following 4 aspects: (1) product  cross flow fan blade, axial flow blade  and  Centrifugal flow blade etc air-conditioner  fan blades, they are low noise ,and wind is great. (2)Terminal boards for air-conditioners and refrigerators etc. (wiring bolts, terminal row, wiring row, and sockets). From 1996-2001, the annual output increases year by year, and the annual sales of the plastic parts have reached 10000000pcs by now. (3)  At the same time, since 1997, we also began to produce the wiring bolt of the watt-hour meters, outer plastic parts of electronic-type watt-hour meters, transparent outer shells of long-life watt-hour meters and degree-meter of electronic-type watt-hour meters. (4) Since 1998, we began to produce indoor sets for building intercom system ,door bell telephone sets ,visible door bell telephone sets, outer plastic parts for indoor sets and other household safety and precautionary products. Our annual sales of the outer plastic parts for indoor sets are over 100,000pcs. Also, we provide the outer plastic parts for the ordinary household telephone sets.
