  • Profile: We are a privately-owned foundry engaged in the manufacturing and machining of cast products. With registered capital valued at USD1,200,000, we are just 120 kilometers from Beijing, and 240 kilometers from Tianjin port; which is the main export harbor in northern China. Now we employ 330 personnel, including 20 technical experts. Our product series mainly include brake drums and wheel boss for trucks and buses, cast lathe and machine fittings, and ductile iron and gray iron manhole covers and gully gratings. Moreover, we can also custom manufacture various other cast items according to clients' specific requirements. With over 18 years' of production history, our facilities include a machine molding workshop, 2 machine molding lines, 4 hot blast copular and heat preservation electric furnaces, 5 hand molding workshops, and shot blasting equipment. These are in addition to various lathes used for machining brake drums and wheel drums, complete chemical analysis equipment, metallographic testing machines, and physical testing machines. Our annual output volume has now reached 40,000 tons. Having received EN124 authorization from SGS in 1998, we have also been issued ISO9002 and Kitemark certifications by the British Standards Institution.
